In response to the European Commission's proposal for FP10 and the next Multiannual Financial Framework (2028-2034), the CNRS welcomes the decision to maintain Horizon Europe as a central and autonomous component. The challenge is to preserve its integrity and governance within the new European architecture, particularly with the creation of the European Competitiveness Fund.
